Air testing, Dust testing, Nata accredited, MPL Laboratories

MPL Laboratories analyse airborne samples for dust, silica (quartz) and fumes in accordance with Australian and International Standards, as well as providing preloaded cassettes and filters. Client sampling equipment submitted for analysis is cleaned, reloaded and returned to the client ready for the next sampling round.

MPL Laboratories perform sealed vessel microwave digestion of airborne filter samples for metals analysis. This avoids loss of volatile analytes and errors involved in compromise digestions for different metals. This in combination with in house ICP multi element techniques provides our clients with the best possible means of airborne occupational metals analysis as recommended by NIOSH and OSHA.

Results to clients are provided as ug/filter or mg/m3 air concentrations when supplied with the air volume sampled or exposure time (passive badges).

Ambient Air testing (Dust deposition) and High Volume (TSP or PM10) analysis are other NATA accredited analytical services available from MPL Laboratories.
